Looking at their menu it's not hard to see why! You and your dining partner will enjoy choices from a stunning range of cuisine, including classic dishes enlivened with innovative flavours, like the Hawkes Bay lamb rack with horopito, mint & basil crust, orange infused smoked pumpkin and pea puree; the seared scallops with kaffir lime, coconut & crab ?cannelloni? and pikopiko; or the duck breast & confit duck leg with black rice roulade, leek and tamarind glaze ? and not to forget the famous roasted pork belly roulade!
Or try their deservedly famous "From the Grill" selections - corn fed chicken, tuna, venison, premium beef fillets - served a la carte with your sauce of choice. We'd recommend a side dish or two with these, such asparagus with citrus butter and almonds, roasted mushrooms with garlic and shaved Manchego... just reading the choices is mouthwatering!

Of course every dish comes with a recommended wine selection and if that doesn't take your fancy the One Tree Grill sommeliers are available to assist with a wine selection. They take exceptional care in choosing and caring for their wines and all aged and rare wines are kept in a temperature controlled underground cellar.
